Has anyone else actually seen this dip on a Dyno rather than just the software?

I think Lee is the only one who used an aftermarket ecu on his setup.

Is there a dyno run from that setup?

(to maybe rule out that we can put the limiter at 7800, but the ecu hidden logic may not agree with that choice)

More progress today, to the point where the clam is going on tomorrow. Fed up of working and spending on it now. I want to be driving and mapping it on the road by sunday is the plan. A few pics of the completed install below...

Before everyone mentions it I know the filler pipe for the water tank is in a s**t location but i had to use whatever i had in the workshop today so that's what I came up with lol(still don't even know if the clam fits around it!) Hopefully the methanol has a higher enough flash point with it being 50% diluted with water

Broke an engine mount on the dyno, I did order and plan to fit a pair of vibratechnic mounts but there are on a week lead time fro everyhwhere so for now it has two new std mounts fitted and hopefully tomorrow if they turn up it will have polybush inserts in the front and rear mounts.

i would look at moving them relays, they will be very close to the clam, that little nib actually pushes into the clam usually.

Wouldn't have the relays exposed. The yellow and brown relays aren't waterproof and both of mine are dead as a result of water damage. Yellow one is in backorder from lotus without any delivery date

So.... The clam is on and the car has been road tested with some base mapping and fuel learning. We completed a few power curves and i'm happy with the initial results. A lot still to be optimized, mw50 not working hard enough, fuel and ignition still not where i want it but overall its looking promising.....

And you mate. Couldn't have done it without yours and Neil's helps. Plus Chris(Chill) has been more than helpful with regards to the software! Mega chuffed 😁

Always going to be a tricky one when doing power runs on the road especially with this power. You should have seen my attempt of a 2nd gear power run 😂😂😂. 1 wheel smoke screen #needadiff lol

You also need to bear in mind the ignition is still running pretty much base settings which when to regarded can cause these characteristics......smoother curve and more power is expected
