I fitted mine, the blowers are about twice the strngth they were (and I had done all them mods to improve the roiginal set up), but I'm getting plenty of crap still in the car, mainly small particles. Am still having to clean the dash regularly.

Martin
Prior to fitting did you put the hater on full to blow out all the residue in the pipes, I did this on mine and a whole load of crap came out!!

HTH

 I did this... and was like WTF!?!??! :o

Ive never seen so much crap... windscreen, bonnet etc was covered in 5hite!

I must take dash off and clean all the crap out.. and seal it all up!!

Cheers

I did put the blower on full and stuck a hoover up there, but didnt take my dash apart. Either way, still happy with it as the blowers clear the screen so much quicker now. Martin s

Thanks to Ouija Board's handywork today Imnotworthy I now have this fitted. It's made a huge difference - the air coming out is hot now, rather than tepid. The cabin became really warm and snugly, so much so that I had to stop and extricate my Michelin Man (down) jacket. Hoorah! The only minor -ve is that the air coming through smells of rubber - but I assume that goes soon enough. The guys at Revotec are really helpful and friendly too. Definitely thumbsup thumbsup

Yep. For once I have actually got round to fitting one of my purchases (had to try it after that disaster at Bedford in December with misting). I think it probably has made a difference but how much in isolation, I'm not sure. I took off the dash again to replace my heater control panel, so took the chance to properly seal up the heating ducts/plenum on the underside of the dash. Also beat the sh!t out of the heater matrix under the bonnet to actually make the cable operated controller deliver some warm air. I'm not sure there is a massive difference in the volume of air delivered but it's certainly warmer.

So, in summary, considerably better than before but how much of that can be put down to the pipe alone is hard to say. It's a nice quality bit of kit but probably doesn't make £100's worth of difference. I guess it'll work better for some, than others and as yours is a daily driver any improvement has got to be worthwhile.

Sorry if that's a bit non-committal.
